Standard USPS Mail or FedEx (with delivery within 2-4 business days to most locations): 
Orders Between $0 and $49.99 - $4.99 
Orders Between $50 - $99.99 - $6.99
Orders Between $100-$149.99 - $9.99
Orders Between $150-$199.99 - $14.99
Orders Between $200-$249.99 - $19.99
Orders over $250 are shipped for free in the U.S.

International Shipping Rates: 

Shipping is with either USPS or DHL depending on order amount 
Orders Between $0 and $24.99 - $15 
Orders Between $25 and $49.99 - $20 
Orders Between $50 and $149.99 - $30 
Orders Between $150 and $249.99 - $50 
Orders Between $250 and $499.99 $60 
Orders Between $500 and $999.99 $75

Frequently Asked Questions

What shipping options are available with free shipping?
Free shipping for U.S. addresses is via Priority Mail or FedEx which delivers in 1-3 days to most areas of the country. International orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx with delivery in 3-10 business days to most areas of the world.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
98% of our orders now ship within 24 hours of placement! If the order has products that need to be manufactured, we will let you know if an order will take longer than three business days. If an order is time sensitive, please let us know so that we can rush it for you.

What is your policy on cancellations and returns?
Cancellations are allowed before an order ships, at a 20% restocking fee. Returns are allowed only for manufacturer's defects.

What is your policy for adding on additional items after an order is submitted?
 We pride ourselves on being efficient at getting your orders shipped quickly.  For this reason, we cannot accommodate additional item requests once an order is submitted.  They tend to create delays for entire production lines and cause delays in shipping for everyone.  

What are your hours of operation?
We work around the clock assisting our wholesale clients all over the world. Even after the main office closes, there is still someone on call to handle your e-mails throughout the evening and early morning.  Please note that phone service is limited from 10am to 2 pm CST Monday through Friday.    

Can I order custom products?
Yes, please do!  The best part about working with Mirage is that you are dealing with a manufacturer and we are happy to customize products to better fit your needs!  We even private label manufacture for some of the most famous designers in the pet and fashion industries!  Items that require us to change a production line will require minimums to offset the set up costs.  Minimums are required on all screenprint and rhinestone apparel items, charms, and custom ribbon nylon collars.  Minimums are not required on embroidered items, widget collars, beds, Snugglebugs, blankets, stockings, or crystal collars.
